Lori... on our way to celebrate her "BIG DAY"!
This is Lori's new purse
(which I am trying not to covet) and her adorable ring.
This is "Dear Lizzies"... Lori's favorite place.
This is so Lori... Vintage Shabby Chic all the way!
These were some of her favorite things
that she saw while in Dear Lizzies.
These are two silly girlers (our nickname for the gang)
just having some photo fun!
More fun to see on her blog... Bee In My Bonnet.
These are the wonderful cupcakes sold at Dear Lizzies...
Yummmm!
Yummmm!
This is Lori holding her boxed sugar cookie
and thinking... "I can't get enough of this fun store!"
This is my special birthday gift to Lori.
This is what was inside one of the gifts...
"I Love Lucy" glasses... each filled with 3 FQs to match.
This is a vintage butter cube maker of mine
that Lori had been coveting so...
I just had to give it to her!
I just had to give it to her!
Hmmm... does that mean I will end up with her purse? LOL!
This is a beautiful silver spoon bracelet given to Lori
by our other dearest girler friend... Nanette!
This darling gift is to me... a miniature colander with a miniature bundle of vintage FQs... from that ever so sweet Nanette that joined us for lunch.
She brings sunshine where ever she goes.
Thanks Nanette! ;p
This just happens to be an apology for not taking a picture of Nanette :( I got too excited about that little gift she gave me and the sad thing is...
she looked so pretty today. Sorry!

Hi there RaeAnn, Looks like you girls know how to celebrate in style. It is my sisters 50th birthday today and we had a lovely time the other night with a trip to the theatre and a meal before hand. Does you good.
Love Shirley.x
You guys are so cute together -- and with Nanette -- what a group! It looks like you all got some wonderful goodies -- Girlers are obviously the best!!!
It's hard being a girler and living so far away. I was there in spirit!
I love Lori. She is such a sweet and wonderfully creative gal. What a fun time you had together.
What a fun day for all of you!!! I love that mini collander!
It was a fun day Rae Ann...lets do it again soon!
Thanks again for the fun gifts!...they're so vintagey cute:)

What a fun birthday celebration for Lori!
Oh my goodness, Rae Ann! I think I could probably just totally get lost in Dear Lizzies. What fun you must have had - all of you. Utah is a little far to travel to visit Lizzies but you just never know. I lived in Idaho for a while - years and years ago. Who knows what tomorrow brings for each of us. Thanks for sharing. Maybe you can get Nanette in your next adventure/celebration.
Oh you just had to make me jealous! I haven't been to Lizzie's in forever and love every single thing in there. (possibly why I've stayed away...my coveting gets out of control!) You guys had so much fun and I'm so happy to get to see the celebration. Hugs
What a cute post. We love our Lori.
Hmmm, the Margi Mold might earn you that purse. LOL! It's certainly vintage....the Margi Mold, that is. The I Love Lucy glasses were too cute and filled with fat quarters, too. I saw those little colanders over at Nanette's blog. They are also too cute. I guess that's appropriate...too cute for the Cutie Pinwheel blog. :-)
After reading about Lori's party I fee like I had just been to her party. That was so cute how you blogged it! I love those kind of stores. When we go to San Angelo we visit a store just like that!
Hi, I just found your blog and I'm your newest follower.
Oh how I wish I could visit Lizzies, it looks like a store that would get a lot of my money:-)
Those I Love Lucy glasses with the fat quarters in them...Oh my!
Looks like you three had the best day together! Thanks for sharing it.
